Spam Policy

Acenet Global reserves the right to stop hosting a domain which consistently uses spam. Spam in this case meaning sending unsolicited email or massive quantities of email that would clog our servers. Usually spamming appears to be accidental and due to ignorance and is a once off affair which is dealt with a warning. Domains that consistently spam despite warnings to stop are removed from the server.

How to avoid Spamming.

• We recommend that any legitimate mass emailing be done with a mailing list. This won't hurt our servers and therefore guarantees your email will get though.

• In all of your emails to customers clients etc include the option to remove themselves from the mailing list.

• Refrain from attaching or embedding to many images in your email to keep the email size down.
