Service Outages
Like all machines computers need maintainence and servicing. Acenet regularly monitors and
maintain a variety of computer hardware to ensure that your access to the internet is
pleasant and smooth operation.
Every once in a while we may need to temporary turn off a computer to perform physical or
software maintaince to the system. During the outage we recommend holding onto
to any updates or changes to your website until schedule time has passed. It is better to
err on the side of caution.
Ideally we try to perform maintenace during off peak times. We also try to keep the outage time
to the absolute bear minimum, but sometimes the universe works on it's own time. In some cases
we may need to take a computer immediately offline depending on the urgency of the situation.
