We have provided this choice to help you manage your email better.
Gateway
If one or two people are checking your email addresses then we
recommend a Gateway mail account. Gateway mail accounts act like a
catch all email address. People can contact you via any email address so long
as it has your domain name after the '@' symbol.
example,
Messages are collected via a gateway and placed into an acenet email address.
*@example.com -> examplemail@acenet.net.au
Domain mail
If one or more people (up to six) require their own seperate email accounts
then we would recommend domain mail boxes. Domain mail allows you individual to an email addresses of your choosing. You can setup this accounts on your original application form.
admin@example.com
An admin email address is required in order to faciltate the correct setup of your account.
This email address's name cannot be changed but you are more than entitle to
use this address. If you don't want to use this address, not a problem, just be aware
that it does exist
Changing an email address
Gateway accounts don't need to be changed as you can use and email address you like.
It will be collected into one account for your use.
Domain mail boxes can be changed by phone, fax or via the acenetglobal.com website. Once entered into the system, please
allow 4-5 hours for email account change over to go through.
